The Tack Room Cottage is situated in the courtyard of Little Kings Ash Farm in the beautiful Chiltern Hills.

The cottage enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and is near the historic Ridgeway National Trail.

The ground floor accommodation comprises one double bedroom, en suite shower room with wash basin and toilet, a spacious living room with a galley kitchen – which is well equipped with modern appliances including oven and hob, microwave, fridge and kettle.

The living room has a sofa bed sleeping a further two people in comfort, a four seat dining table and benefits from a flat screen TV and free wireless broadband access.

French doors lead onto a south-facing decked veranda with table and chairs and the use of a gas barbecue.

Fresh, home-cooked food is available on request.

Parking is available in the courtyard.

3/4 people – £720 per week
Changeover on Saturdays – arrive 4pm – vacate by 11am
